My On site building experiences and  Estimating complement each                                                                             other brilliantly, with over 41 years of experience covering all aspects of                                                                                        building, costing,  and estimating as well as significant knowledge                                                                                                on site and managing other  trades.

I have the perfect mix of knowledge to deal with every eventuality;                                                                                           ask me a question and I'll have the answer!

I get involved with every aspect of the process – not just managing and signing off on quotes.

A Bit About Me

I have 41 years experience in the building industry.

My specific trades is carpentry & Bricklaying. At 17 i was labourer for 3 years before I pasted my city and guilds in carpentry  at night collage and progressed in the building industry pick up on site skills along the way with Accounting, software estimating  with some  projects aboard in Spain. I.e. Villa construction/refurbishments and swimming construction.    

Over the years I have done  plenty of projects either physically work on them myself or project managing.
